Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition. Game never used more than 7 GB of ram on my machine with the Enhanced Graphics Pack on. Plays pretty smooth actually.

You can skip downloading of Enhanced Graphics Pack and voiceover files or you don’t need. Here is the list of selective/optional files:

BTW, the game works under Windows 7, but is freaking memory hungry. Eats around 5-6 GB of RAM w/o Ultra textures and >10 GB with Ultra textures on a freshly created game map. So if you experience crashes, you should buy more RAM or increase page file at least.
